    • CDMRP Leadership
      • Integrated Program Team (IPT) - Dedicated team responsible for supporting a program's activities
        • Program Manager - Leads the IPT and oversees all aspects of the program: vision setting, program announcements, peer and programmatic reviews, program evaluation. Program Announcements (Milestone 3)
        • Science Officers - Technical point of contact for award execution, e.g., Statements of Work, institutional transfers, and other issues. Award Execution (Milestone 9)
        • Peer Review Contractor(s) - Receives application submissions, recruits reviewers, conducts peer review according to program announcement guidelines. Peer Review (Milestone 5)
        • Programmatic Review Contractor(s) - Conducts Pre-application screening, vision setting and programmatic reviews, recruits Integration Panel members. Vision Setting (Milestone 2) and Programmatic Review Milestone 6)
        • Ad-Hoc Member(s) - Specialty members such as Grants/Contracting Officers (USAMRAA), Regulatory Staff (e.g., HRPO), or others
      • CDMRP Administrative Staff - Staff provide support in finance, contract administration, data analysis, and public affairs.
    • Research Acquisition Activity (RAA) (Contracting)
      • Contracting Officers - Signing authority for all grants and contracts; official communications from Army to institutions

      • Contract Specialists - Point of contact for PI and research administrators regarding issues with grants; conducts negotiations in consultation with Science Officer. Phone: listed on award agreement

      • Animal Care and Use Review Office (ACURO) - Applications using animals must receive approvals from Animal Use Review Scientists
