PROGRAM CONSUMER REVIEWER REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE:
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Person living with or family member of an individual with ALS
Autism Person living with or family member of a person living with autism
Bone Marrow Failure Person living with the condition
Breast Cancer Survivor of breast cancer
Deployment-Related Medical Person living with or family member/caregiver of a person living with a psychological health problem such as posttraumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injury associated with military service - civilian, military, or veteran consumer/advocates
Food Allergies Person living with the condition
Gulf War Illness Person living with Gulf War illness (military personnel or veteran of Gulf War)
Lung Cancer Survivor of lung cancer
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Person living with MS
Neurofibromatosis (NF) Person living with or a family member of a person living with NF
Orthopaedic Person living with an orthopaedic injury associated with military service - military or veteran, or caregiver
Ovarian Cancer Survivor of ovarian cancer
Peer Reviewed Cancer Research Program Survivor in the case of melanoma or other cancers. (Breast, prostate, and ovarian cancer are not part of this program.) Individual living with or family member for pediatric brain tumor research applications
Peer Reviewed Medical Research Program Person living with, survivor of, or family member of an individual living with the specific disease or condition
Prostate Cancer Survivor of prostate cancer
Psychological Health/Traumatic Brain Injury Person living with or family member/caregiver of a person living with a psychological health issue such as posttraumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injury associated with military service - civilian, military, or veteran
Spinal Cord Injury Person living with or a family member/caregiver of a person living with a spinal cord injury associated with military service. Persons with non-military-related spinal cord injury will be considered.
Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) Person living with or a family member of a person with TSC
